Backflow Prevention Program
Federal and State Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and State regulations require water distribution systems to be protected against potential contamination from backflow events (See Ohio Administrative Code, Chapter 3745-95- Backflow Prevention and Cross Connection control). To comply with these regulations, some connections must have a testable backflow device installed and provide the Village of Roaming Shores with passing test results annually.
